Steve Hardwick, BSc, FRICS - Director of Landmark Chartered Surveyors

Steve Hardwick established Landmark Chartered Surveyors at the beginning of 2007. He has been in the industry since 1979 and, for the last 15 years, has held senior Director/MD-level positions in both private and corporate sectors. Despite challenging market conditions since its origins, the company has grown steadily and now employs over 40 Chartered Surveyors providing extensive coverage of England and Wales, with further significant expansion in progress.

Steve acted as an Expert Valuer in the early 1990’s, and subsequently set up a national panel of Experts which operated successfully from 1994. In the same year he was also closely involved in the establishment of one of the UK’s first valuation panel management operations. In late 2006, he left an MD position with another company to help establish Landmark in association with the Directors of Andrew & Partners.



Peter Bray, BSc, FRICS, FBEng - Head of Landmark Building Surveying

Peter Bray, former MD of one of the top corporate UK Surveying Companies, has a proven track record of development, diversification, and management of highly successful businesses within the professional property services market.

Peter is a Chartered Building Surveyor, a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers, and has over 25 years experience in the property and surveying industry. He has been Managing Director of SecureMove Property Services Ltd; a broad based surveying and property services company which was formerly Black Horse Surveyors, part of the Lloyds Group. Peter also served for several years on the Professional Practice Committee of the Association of Building Engineers.
