About Landmark

Landmark Chartered Surveyors was established at the beginning of 2007 as a specialist Residential Survey & Valuation company. We now operate from over 25 locations in England & Wales. In 2009 we established a second division, Landmark Building Surveyors, specialising in Project Management, Stock Condition Surveys, Planned Maintenance, and Schedules of Condition/Dilapidation.

Landmark is truly independent – not owned by or allied with a lending institution or other large corporation. In fact our holding company, Andrews & Partners, is owned uniquely by three Charitable Trusts, through which a proportion of the profit of the company goes to recognised charitable causes in the UK and Overseas. Andrews & Partners was founded in 1946 by Cecil Jackson Cole, who also co-founded Oxfam and Help the Aged.

Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the company is appointed to the panels of over 40 Lending Institutions, and a full range of ‘peace of mind’ products is available to the general public, including Building Surveys, Homebuyer Surveys, Valuations, and Specific Defects Analysis.

The company is also able to provide Energy Performance Assessments of both residential and commercial property.
