STRONG BUSINESS GROWTH FOR LANDMARK CULMINATES IN NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP ROLE

In a year which has seen a number of new business contracts and trading partnerships formed, Landmark Chartered Surveyors is pleased to announce the recruitment of a new Customer Relationship Manager.


Deborah Cole has joined Landmark to manage the relationships with two important new accounts - Curchods and Fine & Country – and to help develop further business opportunities.

Deborah brings a wealth of experience with her to this new full time role. Her background includes Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management, alongside strong Customer Services experience in other industries for over 20 years, including the aviation industry. As a returning former employee of Landmark, Deborah is well versed in the company’s products, services, and culture.

“At Landmark, we offer our customers a first class service, supported by a very experienced team of administrators at our Head Office in Horley and, of course, by our helpful and professional surveyors. We actively encourage contact between surveyor and client at all stages, to ensure we provide clear advice and answers to questions related to their survey. Our aims are that the customer will be well informed and, if the property is right for them, that they will have a successful purchase.”

This new recruitment comes towards the end of a very successful year for Landmark, which has continued to expand and is now trading from over 40 locations in England and Wales.

Such growth may seem surprising at a difficult time in the property market, but is largely due to the way the company continues to offer innovative products and solutions.

Steve Hardwick, Director of Landmark, adds: “We have listened and responded to our customers and, as a result, have developed a range of services more closely suited to their needs. We are diversifying into other areas of surveying but will continue to maintain focus on the core of our business, and in all cases continue to offer high levels of service, quality and professionalism”.
