The RICS HomeBuyer Report is a standard format survey. It is designed to allow a purchaser to make a reasoned and informed decision on what is a reasonable price to pay for the property, taking into account ant repairs or replacements the property needs. It will also advise on what other advice to take before exchanging contracts.

Landmark has just launched its own equivalent of the RICS Report, the Landmark Buyer Survey. In addition to services provided in the RICS version, we have designed the survey to give easy answers to questions about the condition of the property you are buying.
