Landmark is a truly independent company – not owned by or allied with a Lending Institution or other large corporation.
In fact, through our parent company, Andrews Property Group (established in 1946 by Cecil Jackson Cole who also founded Oxfam and Help the Aged), Landmark is owned uniquely by 2 Charitable Trusts, through which a proportion of company profits go to recognised charitable causes in the UK and Overseas.
